Policies and guarantees

The product has a one (1) month warranty from the date of purchase, as long as it is due to manufacturing defects and NOT due to misuse or poor care.

• Manufacturing defects: Sole detachment, unstitched seams, inner lining coming loose, damage to springs, buckles, handle and closures coming loose.
• Misuse: Scratches, peels, burns, wear or damage to materials due to improper use, poor cleaning, frequent friction in a specific area or tripping.
• If a customer returns a product requesting a warranty and it has already been used, the warranty will be applied to the same product; under no circumstances will a new one be given.
• For size exchanges, the customer must request them within five (5) calendar days of delivery of the product. Exchanges are subject to availability; if the product is not available, a voucher for the purchase price will be given to redeem for another product of their choice. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
